Davis Polk partner Meyer Dworkin and counsel Matthew Wiener have been named recipients of a 2026 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award as part of the Burton Awards for Legal Achievement. They were selected for their article, “PIK Interest: Negotiation and Documentation,” published in Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law.

The Burton Awards honor the finest accomplishments in law, including writing, reform, public service and interest, regulatory innovation and lifetime achievements in the profession. Recipients of the award were chosen for clarity, cogency and persuasive legal writing.

Winners will be honored at a ceremony on June 1, 2026, at the Library of Congress in Washington DC.
