Davis Polk advised on two deals that were recognized at IJGlobal’s 2025 America Awards. The awards honor standout greenfield and refinancing deals across the energy and infrastructure industry, as well as the companies that drive them to successful conclusion.
The firm advised on the following winning deals:
- ABS Deal of the Year, North America: Uniti Group $250 million fiber securitization notes offering
- Downstream Deal of the Year, North America: Pasadena Performance Products $950 million term loan B and $200 million revolver
The winners were announced on March 5, 2026, in New York.
