Davis Polk was honored at the 2025 Asia Legal Awards in connection with its role advising the financial adviser to Mitsubishi Chemical Group Corporation with its sale of Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation. The matter was named “Private Equity Deal of the Year.”

The Asia Legal Awards recognize the most significant transactions, cases and legal work that have shaped the industry across Asia.

The awards were presented by Law.com International on September 10, 2025, in Singapore.
