Davis Polk was honored by IJGlobal for the firm’s role advising the mezzanine lender and administrative agent in connection with the equitization and recapitalization of Cricket Valley Energy Center. The matter was named “Investor Restructure of the Year, North America” as part of IJGlobal’s Investor Awards 2025.

The awards recognize the best fundraising and deployment, as well as M&A activity, in the energy and infrastructure sector.

The winners were announced on December 10, 2025, in New York.
