Davis Polk received three awards at International Financial Law Review’s 2025 Americas Awards, including both “Law Firm of the Year (Best in State): New York” and, for the second year in a row, “Restructuring Team of the Year.” The firm was also honored for advising Amer Sports on its $1.37 billion initial public offering. The matter was named “Equity Deal of the Year.”

The IFLR Americas Awards recognize the most innovative cross-border deals across the United States, Canada and Latin America over the past year, and the teams and individuals who made them happen.

The awards were presented on May 14, 2025, in New York.
