Davis Polk was recognized at Proximo’s 2024 “Deals of the Year” awards for advising the lenders on project finance transactions for Switch’s Bighorn data center campus outside Reno, Nevada, which was named “North America Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year.” This year’s honorees highlighted the market shift toward smarter risk allocation, rather than giant leaps forward, which characterized the stand-out deals of 2024.

The awards were announced on March 3, 2025.
