Davis Polk partner David Kennedy has been named to Private Funds CFO’s 2026 “New Faces of Finance” list. The list highlights financial professionals from across the private markets industry who are making a notable impact.

David was recognized for his work advising direct lenders, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on multiple back-leveraged financings, debt-like preferred equity structures and committed NAV financings. In particular, the publication noted his work representing the arrangers and lenders in Finastra’s $5.3 billion refinancing.

The “New Faces of Finance” feature was published in Private Funds CFO’s New York CFO Forum 2026 report.
