Davis Polk counsel Costanza Garcia Laposse was named among The Tech Capital’s 2026 “Women 100.” list. Costanza was recognized for her work advising on some of the most significant data center financing transactions, including representing DataBank on its $2 billion project financing of three data centers and $650 million incremental bank-bond data center project financing, which were the first bank-bond hybrid construction financings aimed at addressing current financial market constraints, and Switch’s $4.5 billion Bighorn data center campus, which was awarded the North America Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year by Proximo and Data Centre Deal of the Year by Project Finance International. 

The list celebrates the most influential women across the global digital infrastructure ecosystem, recognizing their leadership, achievements and contribution to the sector’s continued growth and transformation.
