Davis Polk partner Ben Joseloff was named a 2026 “Top Advisor” by Foreign Investment Watch. The list recognizes top practitioners who provide advice and counsel concerning foreign investment and national security in the U.S. and abroad. 

Ben was recognized for his hands-on experience with nearly every facet of the CFIUS process, from reviewing transactions to negotiating mitigation agreements.

The 2026 “Top Advisors” list was announced on March 18, 2026.
