Mr. Vanhoof is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Derivatives and Structured Products Group in New York. He advises financial institutions and other market participants in connection with offerings of a variety of structured products and other domestic and international capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience developing new financial products and negotiating distribution agreements. He routinely advises on SEC, FINRA and other regulatory and transactional matters related to structured products, new product development and financial benchmarks, including benchmark reform.
