Ms. Chan is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, resident in Hong Kong. She was a manager in the corporate finance department of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) before joining the firm in 2013.

  • SearchMedia International $20 million Series B financing from two strategic investors
