Tyler X. Senackerib
Mr. Senackerib is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions & Regulation Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. GSIBs, U.S. regional banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including legal and compliance requirements related to the Bank Holding Company Act, derivatives and swaps regulation, securities regulation and the Volcker Rule. His practice also includes regulatory advice to U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions on a variety of transactional matters, including capital markets offerings, strategic investments, private placements and ongoing disclosure obligations.
