Mr. Johansen is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on a variety of financial services regulatory matters, including advice related to the Bank Holding Company Act, enhanced prudential standards, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, the Federal Reserve’s emergency lending facilities, the U.S. Basel III capital, liquidity and capital planning rules, and corporate governance. His practice also includes advice to financial institutions on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and fintech investments.
