Michael is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. He advises U.S. and international clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a broad range of M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border public and private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, investments and co-investments, carve-outs, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. His work spans a number of industries, including sports, consumer products and retail, fintech, financial services, media and telecom.
