Mr. Hochbaum is a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Investment Management Group. He advises U.S. and international clients on a wide variety of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters.

As a member of Davis Polk’s private equity practice, Mr. Hochbaum also regularly represents private equity firms and other private funds on a full range of transactions and matters, including fund formation, acquisitions and dispositions of investments and compensation and profit-sharing arrangements.
