Mr. Hochbaum is a partner in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Management groups. He regularly represents private equity sponsors and other private funds on a full range of transactions and matters, including fund formation, acquisitions and dispositions, and portfolio company matters.

He also advises U.S. and international strategic clients on a wide variety of complex matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters.
