Mr. Howell is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group. He advises financial institutions and industry organizations on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including U.S. anti-money laundering (AML) and export control laws and regulations, and also supports the firm’s practice before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
