As Davis Polk’s Associate General Counsel, Jessica plays a key role in professional responsibility oversight, risk management and compliance. She is also active in New York City’s Ethics Roundtable and is a member of the New York City Bar’s Professional Ethics Committee. She previously advised clients on complex civil litigation, arbitration and internal investigation matters.
