Mr. Snider is Davis Polk’s professional responsibility counsel. He previously served as the firm's general counsel, and as a litigation partner representing accounting firms, financial institutions, and other institutional and individual clients in a wide range of professional liability, securities, tax and other complex civil cases in both state and federal courts and before the SEC. |
