Mr. Bassetti is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in Northern California. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has represented clients in a broad range of capital markets and M&A transactions. He also advises clients on public reporting and corporate governance matters. His practice focuses primarily on transactions involving technology and life sciences companies.
