Christopher Lynch

Mr. Lynch is counsel in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. He has represented clients in a variety of antitrust, telecommunications, securities, and general litigation matters. His practice includes advising and representing clients in merger investigations by antitrust and competition authorities. Mr. Lynch also regularly represents clients in federal and state regulatory proceedings and enforcement agency investigations.
