Albert Cua

Mr. Cua is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Derivatives and Structured Products Group. He regularly represents financial institutions on all aspects of the development, issuance and marketing of SEC-registered and exempt offerings of structured products linked to equities, commodities, currencies, rates and combinations of these assets, including market-linked certificates of deposit.

Mr. Cua has extensive experience in the development of new financial products, including exchange traded notes and proprietary indices for retail and institutional investors. He routinely advises on SEC, FINRA and other regulatory and transactional matters related to structured products.

Mr. Cua has also advised issuers and underwriters on a variety of equity and debt offerings.
