Mr. Ferner is counsel in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the Finance Group in the London office. He advises corporates, sponsors and financial institutions on a wide range of transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, corporate loans, derivatives and financial restructurings. He also has extensive experience advising on cash confirmations for U.K. public acquisitions.
