Davis Polk advised the placement agent in connection with the approximately $13.5 million SEC-registered direct offering of 2,114,591 shares of common stock of Tellurian Inc. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “TELL.”

Tellurian is developing a liquefied natural gas terminal facility and an associated pipeline in Southwest Louisiana.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Derek Dostal and associates Arisa Akashi and Yushen Liu. The tax team included partner Po Sit and associate Ben Levenback. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
