Six Davis Polk deals selected as China Business Law Journal 2020 “Deals of the Year”
China Business Law Journal’s 2020 “Deals of the Year” include six Davis Polk deals:
- Deals in China: Huya’s US$10bn merger with Douyu
- Overseas Deal: KE Holdings’ US IPO
- Overseas Deal: Kingsoft Cloud’s US IPO
- Overseas Deal: NetEase’s secondary listing in HK
- Overseas Deal: RemeGen’s Hong Kong Listing
- Overseas Deal: Trip.com Group issues exchangeable bonds
The winning deals were chosen on a number of factors, including overall significance, complexity and innovative nature of the deals, as well as deal size. The “Deals of the Year” list was announced on February 4, 2021.
