We advised the initial purchasers on the Regulation S offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers on the Regulation S offering of high-yield notes by Ronshine China Holdings Limited of $200 million principal amount of 5.5% senior notes due 2022.

Ronshine China Holdings Limited, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (3301.hk), is a residential property developer in China. It focuses on developing projects in the Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Middle Reaches Region of the Yangtze River, the Guangdong Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Central China region, the Chengdu-Chongqing region and Northwestern cities of China.
