The Minority Corporate Counsel Association has recognized Davis Polk partner Pritesh Shah among its “2023 Rising Stars.” The award honors lawyers who demonstrate outstanding achievement and leadership in the legal profession as well as a deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, community service and pro bono work.

Pri was recognized for his work advising on complex IP and tech-focused M&A transactions, carve-outs, spin-offs and joint ventures, as well as his leadership within the firm and his commitment to the community. Pri is a member of Davis Polk’s Asian/South Asian/Middle Eastern affinity group and serves as the firm’s Corporate Hiring Partner. In this role, he helps shape and drive the firm’s recruiting strategy and summer program and evaluates the success of our hiring process. He also provides IP and tech advice to a number of the firm’s pro bono clients and is a member of the Board of Directors of both iCivics and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

The 2023 Rising Stars will be recognized at MCCA’s 2023 Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference on October 10.
