Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters and the lead manager in connection with a $50 million public offering of common stock by NanoString Technologies, Inc. The common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “NSTG.”

Based in Seattle, Washington, NanoString develops, manufactures and sells life science tools for translational research and molecular diagnostic products.
