Davis Polk partner and Corporate Department head Michael Kaplan discussed the ebb and flow of the IPO market with Bloomberg Law. He noted that while geopolitical tensions have slowed momentum, the IPO window is expected to reopen once volatility subsides.

“When that war quiets down, the window reopens,” Michael explained. “You have years where the window is just shut. We’re not in one of those places right now. And because of that people continue to move forward.”
