Davis Polk partner Michael Davis was named among the Hollywood Reporter’s list of Hollywood’s Top 20 Dealmakers of 2022. The annual list honors lawyers and other advisors on the frontlines of industry-shaping transactions. Michael was recognized in connection with his role advising ICM Partners on its acquisition by Creative Artists Agency.
