Davis Polk is advising PJT Partners and Barclays as financial advisers to DigitalGlobe, Inc. in connection with its C$4.7 billion acquisition by MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. The transaction, which is expected to close in the second half of 2017, is subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals.

DigitalGlobe is a leading global provider of high-resolution Earth-imagery products and services sourced from its advanced satellite constellation and third-party providers. MDA is a global communications and information company providing operational solutions to commercial and government organizations world-wide.
