Davis Polk partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was quoted in Reuters on how more U.S. listed Chinese companies are expected to consider upgrading to dual primary listings due to the potential risk of being delisted. Li explained, “Although, the dialogue between the Chinese and U.S. regulators is still underway, the delisting risk is looming large given the overall geopolitical tension, the prolonged negotiation process and the fast approaching deadline.”
