Davis Polk partner Li He was named “International Dealmaker of the Year” at both the 2020 China Law & Practice Awards and Asian Legal Business’ 2020 China Law Awards.

This marks the third time – and second consecutive year – that He has received this honor from China Law & Practice, which noted that he is “a leading equity capital markets lawyer for China-related deals” with “one of the most active practices advising Chinese issuers on listings and share offers in both Hong Kong and U.S. exchanges.”

The 2020 China Law & Practice Awards were announced virtually on October 15, 2020. The Asian Legal Business 2020 China Law Awards were announced in Beijing on September 17, 2020.
