In the Q&A, Joe discusses his career, the strengths and characteristics he strives to demonstrate to clients, and how he sees the market shaping up over the coming months.

“The regulatory environment for UK-listed companies has gone through radical change over the past few years, with new disclosure-based listing rules coming into effect last year and new prospectus rules making it easier for UK-listed companies to raise capital from early next year. The coming months will, therefore, involve the market developing an approach to the actions companies may take under the new regime,” Joe explained.
