Davis Polk advised the underwriters on a $1.5 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Electronic Arts Inc., consisting of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 1.850% senior notes due 2031 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 2.950% senior notes due 2051.

Electronic Arts is a global leader in digital interactive entertainment. It develops, markets, publishes and delivers games, content and services that can be played and watched on game consoles, PCs, mobile phones and tablets.
