Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by Diageo Capital plc of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 2.125% fixed-rate notes due 2024 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.375% fixed-rate notes due 2029, in each case guaranteed by Diageo plc.
