New York, October 20, 2021 – Davis Polk today announced that Caitlin Wood has rejoined the firm as counsel in the Derivatives & Structured Products practice in New York.

“With significant experience across the spectrum of complex equity derivatives transactions, Caitlin is a terrific addition to our elite derivatives team,” said Neil Barr, Davis Polk’s Managing Partner. “We are pleased to welcome her back to the firm and are confident that she will add value to our clients for many years to come.”

Ms. Wood most recently was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she advised financial institutions, companies and investors on the structuring, negotiation and execution of a broad range of equity-linked transactions.
