Davis Polk partner Edmund Polubinski, counsel Patrick Blakemore and Daniel Schwartz and associate Marie Killmond received a shout-out in AmLaw Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” column for securing the dismissal of a securities fraud class action filed in the Southern District of New York against UiPath.

The column noted, “Despite previously allowing the suit to proceed to discovery, U.S. District Judge Denise Cote in Manhattan dismissed the suit last week, finding that none of UiPath’s statements at issue were materially misleading or made with scienter.”
