Davis Polk’s nominations include:

  • Energy & Industrials Deal of the Year – Greenbrier Cos. / American Railcar Industries Inc.
  • Private Equity Deal of the Year – Smith-Cooper International Inc. / Anvil International LLC / One Equity Partners LLC

The Deal Middle Market Awards will be presented in New York.
