Private Equity International has named Davis Polk a finalist for “Secondaries Law Firm of the Year in the Americas” as part of the publication’s annual awards. The awards recognize the firms and institutions that innovate and push the status quo. Davis Polk was shortlisted due to the firm’s involvement in many of the largest, most significant and most sophisticated secondary transactions over the last year.

The winners will be announced on March 1, 2024.
