Davis Polk shortlisted for multiple 2022 Asia Legal Awards
Davis Polk has been shortlisted in multiple categories for the 2022 Asia Legal Awards, presented by Law.com International. The awards recognize the most important transactions and cases with the most complex and outstanding legal work in Asia. Partner and co-head of Asia (excluding Japan) Li He was shortlisted for 2022 “IPO Lawyer of the Year.”
Davis Polk was also shortlisted for:
- “M&A Deal of the Year: North Asia” – Panasonic’s US$8.5 billion acquisition of Blue Yonder
- “M&A Deal of the Year: South and South East Asia” – Grab Holdings’ US$40 billion SPAC deal and listing
- “Private Equity Deal of the Year” – US$1.5 billion acquisition of Shiseido’s Personal Care business
- “Private Equity Deal of the Year” – MBK Partners’ US$2.2 billion acquisition of CAR Inc.
- “TMT Deal of the Year” – US$5.6 billion privatisation of 51job.com
The awards will be presented on June 15, 2022, in Hong Kong.
