Davis Polk partners Edmund Polubinski and Mari Grace, counsel Vincent Barredo and David Toscano and associates Paulina Perlin and Nerenda Atako received a shout-out in AmLaw Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week” column for securing the dismissal with prejudice of a putative securities class action against Bitcoin miner IREN Limited in the District of New Jersey. 

The column noted, “U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in New Jersey held last week the challenged statements were forward‑looking and came alongside detailed cautionary language. The judge also held plaintiffs failed to show that any purported omissions rendered the targeted statements misleading.”
