Davis Polk secured top rankings in Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA)’s FY 2025 direct lending league tables. According to KBRA, Davis Polk ranked #2 in U.S. direct lending for lender counsel – advising on nearly 30% of all lender-side transactions – and #2 in U.S direct lending for combined buy-side, sell-side and lender counsel by deal count.

These league table results highlight the depth and sophistication of Davis Polk’s private credit practice, reinforcing our longstanding role advising private investment funds and institutional lenders on complex financing transactions.
