Davis Polk advised Boozt AB (publ) on its initial public offering of shares and listing on NASDAQ Stockholm. The offering comprised 29,902,742 shares of common stock, of which 6,451,000 were new shares issued by the Boozt and 23,451,742 were offered by certain selling stockholders, including Sunstone Capital, Verdane Capital, Ecco and Sampension. With an offer price of SEK 62 per share, the total value of the offering amounted to approximately SEK 1.85 billion (approximately $222 million).

Boozt is a fast-growing Nordic technology company selling fashion online. Boozt offers a curated and contemporary selection of fashion brands, mainly through its multi-brand webstore Boozt.com. Boozt has run current operations since 2011 and is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.
