Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with an SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Century Communities, Inc. of its shares of common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $100 million.

Century Communities engages in the development, design, construction, marketing and sale of single-family attached and detached homes in the states of California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington.
