Davis Polk advised the initial purchaser in connection with the Singapore dollar $150 million Regulation S offering by Central China Real Estate Limited of its 6.25% senior notes due 2020. 

CCRE is a residential property developer in Henan Province, China. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
