Serge is an experienced trial lawyer focusing on intellectual property, antitrust and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients before federal district and appellate courts, federal agencies including the International Trade Commission and the Federal Trade Commission, and California state courts.

Serge has experience leading teams for both plaintiff and defendant clients. He has worked for major clients across a broad range of industries, such as generative AI, telecommunications, medical devices, life sciences and financial services.

Serge’s pro bono work includes asylum and election protection matters. He is active in the Bay Area legal community, including serving as the Vice President of the San Francisco Bay Area Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
