Associate in our Antitrust & Competition practice, based in London.

Sara focuses on U.K. and EU competition law and U.K. national security and foreign investment law. She advises clients in cases before the European Commission, the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority and the U.K. Investment Security Unit, and develops strategies for obtaining transaction clearances in global transactions. Her practice spans a broad range of sectors, including consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, media, oil and gas, and industrials. Sara also advises clients on a spectrum of complex behavioural and regulatory matters, including dominance-related issues and antitrust compliance.
