Ryan has broad experience across multiple securitization products, representing lenders, institutional investors, private equity funds, borrowers and other clients in a wide variety of structured finance and asset-backed finance transactions.
He focuses primarily on the esoteric asset-backed securities market, including significant transactions in asset classes including whole business, digital infrastructure (including data centers), music royalties, intellectual property and investment funds. He is recognized as a leader in bespoke capital-raising and investment solutions across diverse asset classes.
Ryan’s work in securitization is recognized by publications including Chambers USA and IFLR1000. He has served as an adjunct professor at Cornell Law School, where he authored and co-taught a seminar on secured transactions.
