Rachael is an experienced trial lawyer focused on complex patent, copyright, false advertising and trade secret disputes relating to technology and life sciences. She has represented clients before federal and appellate courts and the International Trade Commission. Rachael has significant experience at all stages of arbitration and litigation, including in intellectual property damages.
She has represented both plaintiff and defendant clients in sectors including biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer electronics, semiconductors and computer software sciences.
In her pro bono practice, Rachael has served as lead trial counsel in multiple criminal trials and has represented clients in a range of other matters, including those relating to tenant rights and private kinship adoptions.
