Molly advises on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters and has worked on complex cross-border restructurings involving companies and stakeholders based in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Latin America and beyond. She works with clients all around the capital structure, advising sponsors, debtors, creditors, agents and strategic investors on restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses.

- Sunac China Holdings in its $10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring
- Atento on its successful restructuring and capital raise implemented by two parallel English Restructuring Plans
- Merced Capital on the restructuring and acquisition of the Telford Offshore Group
- Modern Land (China) in the restructuring of its $1.34 billion offshore dollar-denominated notes
- Schur Flexibles Group on its successful financial restructuring
- RiseSun Real Estate Development and its subsidiaries in the restructuring of the group’s offshore dollar-denominated notes
- Travelex on its financial and operational restructuring via a pre-packaged administration sale
